Your truck is not "all original". You just listed 9 things that have been replaced. I'm sure the tires and wiper blades have been replaced too.

An "all original" vehicle has everything it left the factory with. There are very few all original 50 year old vehicles. Yours has been maintained to original specifications. It would be called a "stock" truck.

I'd recommend keeping the same trend going. Replace parts as necessary. Of course the bottom line is: It's your truck. You need to decide what you want from the truck. If you just want to use it for week-end cruises and the like you'd probably want to keep it stock. If you want to use it for a daily driver you might want to make some safety upgrades.
