on my 61 i lowered the front by cranking down my torsion bars, i have heard that this is not the best way, but it still drives straight, camber is ok, and it was FREE! for the rear i plan on purchasing 2"-3" drop coils. once i have the truck lowered i am going to purchase new shocks for it, and call the suspension done for now. someday when i have more money i will buy the appropriate torsion bar knuckles that lower the front end, but those are expensive and beyond my abilities now. the front end looks good the way it is, i kind of like the raked look that i have right now but i want to get new coild for two reason, one being ride height and the other being ride quality. the new shocks are also needed for ride quality. I would like to bag it someday but that is also beyond my abilties and budget right now. I am working on a post-college, pre-career budget right now so i am mostly spending money keeping it on the road and maintained. good luck friend.
