If so, make sure it didn't have retainer clips that hold the diaphram springs in the compressed position (for easier install) that need to be removed once you have it bolted to the flywheel.
You can tell it has the clips when you install the Pressure Plate and the bolts tighten up quickly instead of the 6-pt star routine of tighening a turn, go to the next, tighten a turn, go to the next routine.
You did keep your old throwout bearing right? DONT EVER THROW ANYTHING AWAY!
