I have decided to move ahead with the 1989 Chevy 2500 project, and will be replacing the Reading enclosed utility body with a regular Chevy fleetside pick-up box.
Which prompts the following question:
Where is a good source for whatever body mount cushions are used between the box and chassis on the '88-'98 pick-ups ?
And, another question:
The cab has one of those lovely "GM fuzzy fabric over foam/moulded headliners", that is drooping.
Is it worth the bother to pull the headliner and try to re-glue the fabric, or is it best to just buy a new headliner ?
