I heard some negative comments recently about NuChrome on the
ChevyTalk board . I hear
Paul’s Chrome is good, but I have never done business with them.
I got mine done local here in Southern California. I would recommend them but except that the place is pretty high priced compared to other areas of the country. (I didn't have to pay shipping though.) The other reason I hesitate is that I don't know if they would be cooperative shipping parts.
It was about $600 for the pit removal and re-chroming of my two side emblems and front hood badge. That didn't include the painting. They were pitted pretty bad though. They look good now, but its only been a few months. We will see in a year or two.
