Check around large truck service repair places- many will still do spit rims and have the cages do do it. The shop that did my tires just ran a chain thru the rim and hooked it on itself in case of an accident. Some of these shops know of guys who will come out to your site to do the work- they are out there! If you want, some of the guys on this site have gone to RV places and found single piece rims that work- I don't know the particulars. Keep searching and good luck!
