actually the preferred way here is to use the URL button and put a link to the pic rather than posting the pic directly in the thread, which cost's the owners more money and slows things down for those w/ dial up
if you really think you need to put the pic in the thread, try to make it as small as possible, especially NOT as big as the one on this thread which causes side scrolling for most folks
