Offy intake, fenton header, new carb, electronic ignition. Others will chime in soon.
Take it from a guy that has his truck in pieces and has never actually driven his truck, drive it as long as you can like it is. There is nothing wrong with a good running 216. If the 216 is needing a rebuild, then I would junk it and replace it with a full oil pressure engine.
