Jim C Junior Member J Joined: Dec 2005 Posts: 4 Columbus Ohio	Normally pre 64 didnt have emision issues, make a call to your local EPA or Highway Patrol inspection office, they will know for sure. These rules differ state to state. With Christ all things are possible
