GM made one - find a cab that has a big window, cut it at the belt line, cut your small window the same, transpose the 2 tops
sorry, couldn't resist - if you could look at both cabs at the same time you can see that what would be needed for a conversion "kit" would be 2 cabs, a well equipped body shop, and an excellent bodyman - the glass is available from an auto glass shop
