I do not recall if the spindles are the same diameter.If no one gives and educated/experienced answer ,call an auto parts store and see if the bearings are the same.If they are, they should swap ok cool
One more thing to consider, the front brakes on a 1-ton are 12 inch and the ones on the 3/4-ton are 11 inch.You will need to swap the backing plates to fit the smaller drums if, IF they will fit the spindles smile
