I need to install king pins that are oversized for a '49 Chev 1 ton. I have ones that are .010 larger than stock. I have heard that a wheel cylinder hone can work to ream out the hole in the axle, true? or would it be just as easy to remove axle and take to shop that will fit pins and bushings to spindles?
