| | | | Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 784 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Mar 2000 Posts: 784 | Kevin- Check to see if you have the return springs on your latches. I was missing them on my truck. Once I installed those, the handles stay horizontal. I've got some pictures of the springs and the latches, if you want me to email them to you. (sorry I'm unable to post them here)
