If you do decide to put one in, see if you can't find the model that mounts to the firewall. The manifold mounted one is a PITA. Especially when you have to get at the generator for any reason.
Stuart: I like my colon (and my head) in an unimploded state. That is why I don't try to calculate their daily income.
