I've ordered from American Classic, Jim Carter, and Chevy Duty without a problem. It all seems to arrive in a week. Sometimes the stuff is on back order. Like my front windows have been on order since 11 October and still have not arrived. Not complaining just pointing it out as one of the issues I've faced. I've not had a problem returning items either. I get an RMA# and mail it out for a credit.
