I've had pretty good luck with Jim Carter's, although I thought they were lacking in some of their communication. Also had a number of parts I ordered from them placed on back-order, with no notification other than when the in-stock parts arrived. It was noted on the paid invoice I received. I did receive the parts I'd paid for within a couple of weeks.
I've had really good experiences with The Filling Station. They've really gone out of their way to communicate items in or out of stock, delivery details etc.
They even overnighted one package, (on their dime)to ensure my truck wasn't down when I was working against a tight deadline to get it running again.
I'd definately shop both places again, but I usually check The Filling Station first.
