Yea, engine paint comes in spray cans at AutoZone, NAPA, Advance Auto, and just about every other autoparts store i've ever been in.
Orange, Blue, Red, Yellow. Grey and Black seem to be the most common colors.
I've even seen rattle can Mexican Chrome for high temp/engine use.
