I just had a look at the Chev and then the GMC manual. The GMC manual describes the 1/2 Ton "knuckle as being equipped with floating type bushings" "whereas the 1 Ton is equipped with bushings which are line reamed after assembly in the knuckle". It is interesting that the two manuals have slightly different writeups on common elements.
