I understand wanting to protect your truck from theft but most auto thefts are stolen for their parts. You may have to worry if your truck was parked in Havana though.
If you are still worried, simply loosen the coil wire from the cap or put a rat trap on the seat. lol... People will pay attention to THAT alarm.
