I posted a similar thread called Frame Swap to do the same thing with my 62. If it is a standard you will want to consider getting the stuff to do away with the hydraulic clutch to use a brake booster with the disk brakes. If you have a V8 you'll want to update the motor mounts to the side mounts. Also the frames differ where the radiator mounts. The newer frames get wider at the radiator and they are held by top and bottom brackets instead of the side flanges. I don't know yet about the actual cab mounts, but the Chevy Duty catalog lists different rubber bushings. You might have to cut and reuse your own cab mount brackets. I hope this helps.
