Have you tried searching through the gallery, and seeing if you can contact any of the owners via e-mail?
I know I saw one owned by Norm Zabala, in CA. It's a 64 Crew-Cab. It seems to me, there was another one out there, around that same vintage, a couple of months ago, perhaps in NM.
If I remember correctly, it was converted for military use or something like that.
