As for your truck, as far as I know (and Jolly and the rest of the '60-'66 experts ought to be along soon), your truck is a custom after-market mod. Chevrolet didn't offer a factory crewcab until the '73 model year (Dodge introduced the crewcab in it's '63 model year, by the way...).

The experts can tell you for sure, but because most of the custom houses just grafted most of a stock cab onto the back of the cab, a lot interchanges fronbt to back like the doors and seats. Hopefully, the guys will set me straight on this if I'm wrong.
