i beleive i am going to build a 383 stroker for a 1958 apache 1/2 ton chevy pickup. I want am gonna make the truck pro street but streetable. The complete engine is gonna be puttin out somewhere between 600 and 850 horsepower. ANd it'll have a chevy 12 bolt posi 3:73 rear end. It turn i want a 5 speed transmission to accompany it but i don't know much about transmissions and i dont' know what would match up properly with my setup.
