By the way...if you call the local DMV deputy in MN, you get someone who would NEVER know how to deal with a 50 year old stovebolt. They just never deal with them. Call at the state level only. There is probably an office/person(s) that deal with this kind of stuff.
and I would not be too concerned with DMV and caller ID...EPA...maybe...but not the DMV.. | | |
