This is a great hobby but your dream could turn into a nightmare real easily. For a first project I would buy something thats up & running or wouldn,t take much to make roadworthy. If you look around you can find a good original or an older restoration that needs refurbishing. You will be money ahead & will enjoy the hobby more. Just my opinion.
