Alex, do you think the stroked crank may cause the connecting rods to hit the camshaft?I have talked to guys from Inliners who raced 261 drag cars.They estimated the maximum power from a 261 is around 300HP.A drag engine can be stressed a lot since its runs for only a short duration.If you can devolp the power without high RPM ,the engine stands a better chance of staying together.
