I would recommend using a product called Super Rez Seal made by the Euclid chemical company. It's a little pricey (about $65 bucks for 5 gal.) , but it is worth it. It took a 5 gal. can per coat on my shop floor(32x54). It recommends applying 2 coats which is plenty. So far it has held up to constant usage and even racing fuel. It is made for commercial type applications, so I don't think Lowe's or Home Depot sells it. I bought it from a local concrete place. Hope this helps.
