I would not care for a restored truck, rather I prefer a refurbished truck.
The difference as I understand it---the definition of refurbished means that something is redone, often with enhancements that make it better than previously or even new.
While I'm being precise/picky, the term is "off frame restoration" not "frame off restoration".
