| | | | Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 44 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Aug 2001 Posts: 44 | The fenders on the bigger trucks were larger. The front grill is smaller on the 1/2 ton PU.
Check the cab mounts, the earlier years were different 47/48?. If you have the later year chassis w/ 4 point mounts, then all you have to do is drill some extra holes.
If you can get (or put) the outside gas tank, then you have extra room behind the seat for those extra pack rat- type items.
