DO NOT send money to Wayne, the guy running the joint dropped out of sight a few weeks ago with everyone's money. I learned my lesson the hard way, so now I'm broke and scrounging for cash to rebuild my stock head.
Note the $4000 gets you a bare head. Add $1500 for rocker assy, another $1000+ to get fuel to it, another several thousand to build a fully balanced block which is deserving of a head such as this.
Check out inliners.org. You might find a used head advertised and can post an ad as well. There is at least one other company that was making them new recently; "Duggan", and "Skinner".
