'47-'55 1st series GMC Grilles can be tricky. Alot of people don't realize it, but the '47, & 48, 1/2 ton- 1 ton grilles, are different from the '49-'55 1/2 ton- 1 ton grilles. The '47 & '48 1/2 ton- 1 ton grilles have the same look, as the 1 1/2 ton, & up. GMONIZ, send me a picture of your grille.
