To increase reliability I have done: New oversized radiator, electric cooling fan, on relay. Halogen headlamps on relays, with new updated wiring... Halogen taillamps with new wiring, Converted to HEI, radial tires. Converted to 10SI alternator and accompanying wiring. Updated dash with full complement of guages, installed seatbelts and an updated stereo and speakers...GOTTA' HAVE TUNES!
All told I put approximately 7000 to 8000 miles a year on the old gal... But she's garaged and well-cared for...
This winter she'll get a new dual-circuit master cylinder and power-booster.
