I am not sure how cheap you can get a rolling chassis shipped. The cheapest would be a running car, then a chassis or non running car, a big crated cab would be the most expensive unless it was a smaller trucking company set up for such a thing. The handling is the expensive part. It needs to get loaded and unloaded numerous times before reaching it's destination.
