The law came out last month and we received a notice on the Emissions and Safety inspection computer, this week. Effective Oct.1, 2004, all vehicles 35 years old and older, were not required to have a safety inspection sticker. I haven't found out what brought that on, but you can be sure it wasn't to help the general public.
