| | | | Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 19 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 19 | Has anyone ever seen a firewall mounted device for supporting the hood on (say) 36 to 38 trucks with the three-hinge hood. What vehicles were these used on. Were they used (perhaps) on GMCs only? Or perhaps they were aftermarket. I've always seen the hood corner resting atop the cowl.
