That is to put something out in my lawn that would absolutely fry his dog's snoozer. Anybody know of something that would make his dog never want to set foot on my lawn again, yet will not attract insects?
Why punish the dog? Perhaps just clue the guy into the laws of society? Find out where he lives, scoop up the droppings with a shovel and dump them on his sidewalk ...
