the V means it had a 283 in it [no V= standard 235], 3=series [½T], A= atlanta I think, 1959 of course, not sure on the T, and the following numbers are the serial production sequence at that plant
the V8 is an option, as is the fleetside and the big window, and the hydramatic, so the overall combo is on the rare side - a real high serial number could mean you got onea the last TF trucks produced, so call it so rare as to command an outrageous resale price!
