Parts houses generally pay less for shipping than they charge you. They add a fee for "handling" it. My opinion is they should have known they were going to have to handle it if they sell it and it ought to be included in their price. "I'll let you have this for $29.99 but I'm going to charge you $4.99 to handle it." Why don't you just sell it to me for $35.00 and cut the crap.
