It looks like this guy is a frustrated boat builder. That's exactly the kind of dash layout I would expect to see on one of the many boats (and older yachts) I've been aboard.
Nice workmanship, poor taste. The headlights made me sick, the rest of it I thought was OK. I guess it's a creative way to get around a rusted out dashboard.
The gauges in the latch plate were clever. I guess if you spent a lot of time tuning on the engine they might be useful.
