Hmn... what about a uhm... 'best way to deal with vendors' article or something? Maybe a few tips to consider before purchasing, like checking out their policies before ordering... the return policy, shippin' charges, etc... something general that is not specific to any one vendor. I know a lot of it is common sense type stuff... but it wouldn't hurt. Different vendors have different policies... some vendors have online ordering, others you have to call them...
