I've seen the spinning wheelcovers,some with lights.Takes us back to the days of Olds spinner hubcaps, Continential kits and fender skirts.
Personally,I like bare bones style,no hupcaps,no whitewalls,nothing added that doesn't increase the performance of an old truck.The only purpose for the sheetmetal is too keep the rain off the mechanical parts,lol.
