its easy as mentioned but I found that the "rubber" gasket doesn't "settle" like the cork gaskets and actually keeps the vent "up" a little. Or it could just be that the parts house sent me the wrong one or it is thicker than its suppose to be??? Either way its easy....If I remember(?) there is a little drain hose that keeps any water from draining into the cab. Be sure its in place.
