Then one would need to modify for the caliper? I am interested in this. I have a 52 GMC Suburban and want to change the front end to disk brakes and keep the conversion on the "economical" side of things. I know they sell a kit that does the whole shebang for about $400.00 but I do not wish to part with this much at the moment. I did see a post somewhere, where a dude put the front disks from a Nisson Hard Body on a truck and used a MII master cylinder. I think he had to make some sort of bearing spacers too. I will have to try to find the link to that one article.
