I had the same problem. It's out there, but not under the 'category' you'd think. Like gasket, or rubber, or stripping.
Jim Carters or Chev's of the 40's got it.
Look under "glass setting tape"
It comes in 2 thicknesses, so if you get the thicker one, you will not have room for the felt.
