Just did a deal on an AD, not a bad truck for my purpose. While titled as a 54, the VIN is H5 4N020259. I'm thinking that the 5 tells me it's a 1st or AD 55? The VIN chart on this site doesn't show 2 numbers after the series code. At any rate, 350 motor, manual 4spd of unknown origin at this time, looks like bucket seats from a small GM car like a Cavalier or such, but in general a very workable truck. Has original gauges intact, goofy power brake set-up, and a stereo hanging from the bottom of the dash. Glad it wasn't cut in. Stock front axle, 12 bolt rear, but 6 lug wheels. Has a cool louvered tailgate panel on the outside, and a chrome grille with a minor "tweek" on the left side of the center horizontal bar. No dent in the grille, just a slight bend. By the way, that grille may be for sale soon. OK, as I get access to a scanner and pics I'll post up and join the rest of this 'bolt clan proper. Thanx.
