They recommended me finding another tank because they don't know what it's from -- he said if I ever needed a new sending unit, they wouldn't know what to get.
Does that make sense? I'm new to restoring.
That mustang was my 1968 Eleanor clone from the movie Gone in 60 seconds (remake with Nick Cage). I had that same shop do the build. I turned around and sold it. Now I can use that money toward the truck!
