| | | | Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 586 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 586 | A couple of years ago I was in the Monterey area and saw that there was a car show going on at the fair grounds. Trouble was I could only see a couple of cars from the outside and I wanted to know how many cars were in the show before I paid some outrageous fee to enter. The guy at the gate said he didn't know how many cars were in the show and wouldn't let me get a peek to see what I was paying for. I decided not to go in and later found out that there was only about 30 cars in the show. I think its probably the same guy who puts on these shows to make a few fast bucks on passerbys. He probably contacts some local car club to come over and offers some free soda and all the air they can breath. Sorry you got ripped man. Cecil......... | | |
