Dad's 65 Wrench Fetcher D Joined: Aug 2004 Posts: 51 Metairie, La.	Woo... Part #16 is the spring thats hold the shoes together. you have to have one.. Your brake cable goes to part # 20. when you pull the brake cable it rotate part #20 and apply pressure to #14 which applys pressure to both brake shoes... 1965 C-10 Stepside
