Small tandem-axle car hauler, not a dolly. A tandem dolly wouldn't work, except for pulling a second gooseneck trailer behind another. Small meaning the truck fits on it and that's it, maybe a 14' unit, if that. It's an open-floor style shorty, popular in California (in fact, that's where the trailer came from in the late '70's). No brakes.
Utility trailers, like you had, aren't good car haulers and aren'r designed for that, anyway. Great for tractors, lousy for cars.
