Do you have too much fluid in the master cylinder?
You should have a return spring for the pedal somwhere by the lower part of the pedal under the cab and going toward the side of the block or the frame close to the exhaust pipe about the level of the top edge of the oil-pan and bottom edge of the block.
There is enough good in the worst of us and enough bad in the best of us that it does not behoove any of us to criticize the rest of us.
